We are currently looking to hire a Safety Engineer

About the Role :

A Safety Engineer in the real estate sector is responsible for ensuring and enhancing a safe and healthy working environment for employees and visitors within real estate projects. The engineer carries the responsibility of designing and implementing safety strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Education :

Required certifications : (Any one of the following) :

NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH –

Responsibilities :

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of potential risks in real estate projects.
• Perform detailed safety analyses to identify potential risks and determine necessary preventive measures.
• Develop effective safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international legislation.
• Regularly conduct emergency drills for teams and implement evacuation and rescue procedures.
• Ensure continuous compliance with safety standards for all projects and activities.
• Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures.
• Investigate workplace accidents, identify causes, and suggest necessary improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on injuries and incidents, analysing data to enhance safety measures.
• Provide ongoing training to ensure effective engagement with safety procedures.
• Participate in efforts to improve environmental performance in real estate projects.
• Guide the use of safe materials and green technologies to maximize safety.
