Specialist, Project Sales Join Alfanar Building Systems as a Project Sales Specialist to drive sales growth for precast concrete solutions in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote precast products within the Saudi market.
Identify and target potential clients, including developers, contractors, consultants, and government entities.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Follow up leads and convert opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain a comprehensive pipeline using CRM systems.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and estimation teams to ensure technical compliance.
Provide regular forecasts, progress reports, and market feedback to management.
Represent Alfanar professionally in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
2 to 4 years of technical / functional experience in sales, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
Strong product knowledge of precast concrete solutions.
Proven forecasting, presentation, and CRM skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
