We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Senior Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective onboarding strategies to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into our organization. Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs tailored to different roles and departments within the organization Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary resources and materials are prepared for new hires Conduct orientation sessions and provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and culture Manage the administrative aspects of the onboarding process, including paperwork, system access, and equipment allocation Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including welcome packages, training schedules, and employee handbooks Track and analyze onboarding metrics to continuously improve the process and enhance employee experience Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations throughout the onboarding process Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns during the initial employment period Collaborate with hiring managers to create role-specific onboarding plans and timelines Facilitate cross-cultural integration for international employees joining the Saudi workforce

Qualifications
Saudi national with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or onboarding roles, preferably in a multinational organization In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian work culture, business practices, and labor laws Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office suite Demonstrated project management skills and ability to handle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency Experience in developing and delivering training programs Familiarity with best practices in employee onboarding and retention strategies HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in the onboarding process
