Rotation :

60 Days on / 10 Daysoff / 2 Travel days to & fro (Food, Accommodation, Transport, off DaysCompensation & Travel all managed by Company)

TM and TMArabia Limited have been awarded two lump-sum turn-key EPC contracts relatedto a petrochemical expansion at the SATORP Refinery (a JV composed of SaudiAramco and Total Energies), in Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The overallvalue of the contracts is approximately USD 2 billion. The project’s scope ofwork entails complete engineering services, equipment and material supply,construction activities, pre-commissioning, and commissioning, and shall havea duration of approximately 4 years.

Hasthe responsibility for developing and guaranteeing the Quality ManagementSystem for the assigned

Project,in compliance with the corporate System for Management of Quality and thecontractual

requirements,for small to medium projects (or sub-projects), with the support of theProject Quality Group Leader or of a Project Quality Manager.

Isresponsible for managing the project activities related to Quality concerningmeeting the schedule and the time budget.

Hasthe task of suggesting improvements to the corporate quality system, workingin close contact with the project group.

Duties and responsibilities

Developthe project Quality management system, in compliance with the corporatesystem and with the contractual requirements.

Prepareand present to the Clients the Project Quality Plan and the Schedule forthe Project Audits, in agreement with the Project Manager.

• Interfacewith the Client and with Third Parties, as a representative of theProject Manager, for all topics regarding quality.

Monitorand evaluate the effectiveness of the Project Quality Plans by means ofplanning, execution and follow-up of the Project Inspections.

Manage theproject procedures, especially in relation to coordination, control ofvariations, control of documentation, tested for compliance with theProject Quality Plan.

Manage theperformance of the Audits with Vendors and Subcontractors, whenrequired.

Ensure theadoption and the completion of any corrective actions.

Guaranteethat the project staff are fully familiar with the Project’s QualitySystem.

Manage theproject activities related to Quality concerning meeting the scheduleand the time budget.

Gatherinformation on the progress of the primary quality indicators requiredfor the monitoring of the Project.

Collectevaluation elements for the operation of the project management systemand formulate and promote with the Project Manager and the project teamactions for improvement.

Collaboratewith the Project Manager in the application of the ProjectConfidentiality Plan.

Knowledge & Qualifications

University Degreeor Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent

Experience

Relevant experiencein construction / modernization of large Petrochemical plants / EPCprojects.

Strongsubcontractors and construction / commissioning management experience inEPC project, Large / XL plants.

Minimum 5 years’experience in the specific discipline.

Previous experience with thesame client will be more suitable

Similar rolecovered in last three projects of comparable size.
