Your role

The Trust & Safety Analyst is a crucial member of our Fraud Management team, dedicated to mitigating fraud risks in customer interactions. You will play a vital role in protecting our customers and merchants from financial loss by employing your investigative skills and expertise in data analysis to identify and mitigate suspicious transactions. In this role, you\'ll be working closely with a cross-functional team consisting of policy managers, operations, product, data scientists, and others.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze all Tamara’s transactions :

Utilize fraud detection software and tools to identify potential fraud cases based on risk scoring, anomaly detection, and behavioral analysis.

Extract insights (via SQL / Python) from the large volumes of data and come up with new strategies to mitigate / stop fraudulent activities

Implement and update fraud prevention policies and procedures within the BNPL platform.

Clearly communicate complex fraud findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
