Real Estate Manager

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing and operating commercial spaces within fuel stations, ensuring diversity and optimal utilization.

Prepare and submit detailed reports to senior management on revenues, occupancy rates, and recommendations for future space utilization.

Identify and attract strategic partners and well-known brands (such as international restaurants and coffee chains) to establish their presence within the stations.

Oversee all commercial and lease contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Lead negotiations with new and existing tenants to achieve optimal investment returns for commercial spaces.

Develop and execute plans to enhance and modernize existing sites to increase their market value and commercial appeal.

Lead and develop the real estate management team to ensure high performance and long-term asset sustainability.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate management, including at least 5 years in fuel stations or the commercial sector.
