The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales and client management, preferably in the engineering or services sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base in Riyadh. Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with project requirements. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback to management. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in engineering or services). Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools. Valid residency in Riyadh is mandatory.
