Marketing Manager, Amazon Fresh (6-month contract)

• This is a 6-month contract role

We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and talented Marketing Manager to join the APAC Amazon Fresh marketing team for JP Amazon Fresh. Our team develops data-driven and creative marketing solutions to reach relevant Amazon Fresh customers and deliver excellent customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for managing overall Fresh marketing strategies and budgets, implementing promotional campaigns, and reporting topline and marketing results to leaders. You must possess strong customer focus and analytical skills. You will help execute and deliver detailed plans, manage timelines, and communicate impact to leadership. Team members need to be entrepreneurial, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and able to thrive in ambiguous situations.

The ideal candidate will have e-commerce and FMCG marketing experience, along with strong customer‑centric intuition. You should have experience managing marketing tactics and budgets. You must be able to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast‑paced business environment while operating across multiple teams and organizational levels. High judgment, customer obsession, ability to influence others, and analytical talent are essential for success in this role.
