Manage credit & collection activities : monthly statements, follow-ups, reconciliations, and allocation of payments / discounts. Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong relationships with government accounts, including NUPCO. Perform aging analysis, monthly forecasting, and daily cash management. Track assigned accounts, identify outstanding debts, and plan recovery actions. Negotiate payment deadlines and repayment plans, while addressing questions and complaints effectively. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies to build and maintain customer trust. Update systems and databases regularly and escalate accounts requiring legal action when necessary. What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. 5+ years of experience in debit / credit collection, with proven NUPCO expertise. Background in Healthcare / Medical industry (Diagnostics preferred). Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt positively in a fast-changing environment. Result-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time management abilities. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Why Join Us
