Overview
PIPECARE Group is currently looking for UT / UTCD Integrity Engineer (Level 3) to join our team. By providing technology and service focused solutions to the international arena of the oil and gas industry, PIPECARE Group has been helping customers ensure the integrity of pipeline and facility assets for over 20 years. Selected candidate will work with project execution teams to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of in-line inspection results, with focus on custom-tailored reporting solutions to satisfy customers’ needs. This includes review of customer requirement specifications, processing of in-line inspection data, analysis and identification of pipeline features and anomalies within processed data sets, application of industry accepted anomaly assessment criteria, ensuring quality and accuracy of final results, and compiling results of inspection activities in concise, comprehensive reports for customers.

Qualifications
- Certification in UT / UTCD technology (Level 3)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the analysis of in-line inspection data
- Minimum 4-year technical or engineering degree from an accredited university (experience in the analysis of in-line inspection data may be considered in lieu of education on a case-by-case basis)
- Prior certification as ILI PQ LIII Integrity Engineer in UTWM, UTCD, EMAT; or ability to become certified
- Ability to learn proprietary software platforms; proficiency in Microsoft-based applications
- Proficiency in English , both verbal and written
- Professional, detail-oriented focus and high quality
- Ability to communicate effectively to all organizational levels and prepare / present to management and customers

Checking and approving tool performance during the PTTChecking data quality of ILI runsUTWM Data AnalysisUTCD Data AnalysisEMAT Data AnalysisChecking and implementing dig verification tasks at sites and preparing relevant reportsReviewing the software inter-phaseReviewing software user manualsPreparing / Reviewing DAD quality documentationEnsuring accurate tool sensitivity values are provided to TM in Tool ChecklistPreparing a specific Run assessment reportIdentifying obstructions in the pipeline and producing technically valid Preliminary / Final reports (as applicable)Informing HO-DAD about results and / or implementing results into the reportsEnsuring coordinates synchronize with the dataAlerting R&D regarding software problemsUpdating documentationProducing updated standard quality proceduresAlerting the DA Team Leader / DA Manager regarding software problemsExecuting other tasks as requested by DA Team Leader / DA Manager / Executive Team within the assigned roleJob requirements
