Seasoned Leader : 10+ years in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role ideally in electro‑mechanical, components, electronics, or similar sectors. Ops Excellence Evangelist : Deep experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and operational transformation. You don’t just implement best practices—you inspire others to own them. Greenfield Experience : You know what it takes to launch a new facility, navigate ambiguity, and build strong foundations for future growth. People‑First : You believe that great results come from empowered, engaged teams. Your leadership style is collaborative, transparent, and supportive. Global Mindset : Comfortable working in multicultural, fast‑paced settings. English fluency required; Arabic is a plus. Director of Operations – Manufacturing (Components & Mechatronics)
eMagine are pleased to be partnered with a market leader expanding their operations in Riyadh. Our client—a pioneering player in electro‑mechanical and electronics manufacturing is setting up a state‑of‑the‑art facility in Riyadh. We’re looking for an inspiring Director of Operations to lead this journey, someone who thrives in dynamic environments and sees operational excellence as a craft, not just a checklist.
Responsibilities
- Build & Lead : Take ownership of all plant operations, from initial setup to full‑scale production. You’ll be instrumental in shaping processes, culture, and the team itself.
- Drive Excellence : Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to create a world‑class, efficient, and safe manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with engineering, R&D, and commercial teams to bring innovative products to life—turning ideas into tangible, high‑quality components and systems.
- Empower Teams : Recruit, mentor, and inspire a diverse workforce, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and shared success.
- Deliver Results : Oversee budgets, production planning, supply chain, and quality, ensuring the facility sets new benchmarks for performance and reliability.
