Experience
8+ Years Key Requirements
Strong expertise, functional knowledge, and hands‑on experience in Oracle HCM full lifecycle KSA Government implementation projects involving HR, Payroll, SSHR, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle I Recruitment, Oracle Learning Management. Strong experience of integrating the above products with third party applications like Payroll payment etc. Solid experience in Oracle AME and Workflow. Consulting experience on working with customers to understand their current business challenges and devise optimal solutions to support their business objectives. Experienced in standard implementation methodology eg. AIM, OUM etc. Candidates with work experience in Defence sector implementations are preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team having diverse responsibilities. Proficient in the technical aspects of Oracle EBS to evaluate the feasibility of technical solutions Additional skills
Arabic speakers are preferred at minimum with good communication and presentation skills. Candidates should have working experience and good understanding in Saudi Government ministries regulations related Civil Service guidelines.
