The Role Job Summary :
We are seeking a bilingual (English & Arabic) Telecaller to engage in outbound calls for software solutions outreach, including ERP, SaaS platforms (Odoo, Zoho, etc.), and custom mobile / web apps. The candidate should have basic knowledge of these solutions to confidently initiate conversations and qualify leads for presales & technical demos.
You will be responsible for :
Identifying opportunities for new business development through follow-up on leads and research on target clients.
Generating new business by meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing relevant solutions.
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Building strong relationships with existing clients.
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Cold calling and following up with potential clients to generate qualified leads.
Building rapport with C-level executives (IT Managers, Directors, Business Owners).
Explaining software solutions at a high level to warm up prospects.
Scheduling product demos for the presales team.
Maintaining accurate call records and lead status.
Collaborating with other teams to optimize outreach efforts.
Ideal Profile
At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Account Executive or Telesales, preferably in IT Services and Software / SaaS industries.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Highly goal-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments.
Team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
Bilingual : Fluent in English & Arabic (verbal & written).
Basic understanding of ERP, SaaS, and business software solutions.
Excellent communication, professionalism, and patience in cold calling.
Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
Must be based in Riyadh with a valid visa for full-time onsite work.
