Project Manager (Matryal Platform)

Overview

Job type : Full-time / flexible role based in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah under the Operations & Expansion department. Responsibilities

Launching the Matryal platform. Developing operational processes. Managing merchant and supplier relationships. Coordinating with content and marketing teams. Monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues. Preparing reports. Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience managing commercial or operational projects. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Arabic and English. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Experience in managing commercial projects, preferably in commerce or online marketplaces; startup experience a plus. Skills in communication, problem-solving, data analysis, and proficiency with collaboration tools like Notion, Trello, or ClickUp.
