Objective
The Manager – CSR & Sustainability will be responsible for executing CSR programs and supporting sustainability initiatives aligned with the organization's priorities. The role involves hands‑on program management, data tracking, compliance support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of initiatives that create social and environmental value.
Key Responsibilities
Manage on‑ground execution of CSR projects in education, health, environment, and community development.
Support sustainability initiatives such as energy and waste audits, green office practices, and awareness campaigns.
Maintain communication with implementation partners, vendors, and relevant government bodies.
Ensure documentation and reporting align with Companies Act CSR guidelines.
Compile updates, case studies, and success stories for internal communication and sustainability reports.
Desired Experience
The ideal Manager – CSR & Sustainability in a retail company should have 5–7 years of progressive experience in CSR / Sustainability. Proven success in driving high‑level cross‑functional collaboration, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving & exceeding sales KPI targets for stores.
