Sr. Oracle WMS Consultant

As an Oracle WMS Implementation Consultant, you’ll be at the core of

Salasa’s

digital transformation journey — ensuring our warehouses operate with precision, speed, and scalability. You will bridge operations, technology, and leadership, translating business requirements into a fully functional WMS solution. Your work will directly impact order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and the overall customer experience, making this one of the most business-critical roles within

Salasa .

Oracle WMS Senior Consultant – Salasa Key Responsibilities :

Lead

end-to-end Oracle WMS implementation

(design → configuration → testing → go-live).

Conduct

requirements‑gathering workshops

with operations, technology, and finance stakeholders.

Configure Oracle WMS modules :

Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, Labor Management .

Design and execute the

integration strategy

with ERP, TMS, and internal systems.

Oversee

data migration

and ensure master data readiness.

Prepare and execute

unit, integration, and UAT testing ; document results and resolve defects.

Develop

training materials , SOPs, and deliver super‑user training.

Manage

cutover planning

and provide hypercare support post go‑live.

Track project

timeline, risks, and issues , and report progress to leadership.

Ensure compliance with company

processes, SLAs, and security standards .

Requirements : 5+ years

hands‑on experience with Oracle WMS ( EBS or Cloud ).

2+ full‑cycle Oracle WMS implementations

(greenfield or migration).

Strong understanding of

warehouse operations : receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counts, returns.

Proven ability to

configure Oracle WMS modules

and troubleshoot issues.

Working knowledge of

PL / SQL, Oracle Forms / Reports

(basic debugging a plus).

Experience integrating Oracle WMS with

ERP, TMS, and automation systems .

Excellent

problem‑solving, documentation, and communication

skills.

Experience in

logistics, 3PL, e‑commerce, or supply chain

environments preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering , or related field.

Oracle certifications

and

PMP / Agile

credentials are a plus.
