Overview
Security manager vacancy in Mecca Saudi Arabia. The objective is to ensure our company's accommodation is problem-free and risk-free so that employees can work under the most effective conditions.
Responsibilities
- Strategy and work with all setups (telecoms, warmth, electrical power etc.) as well as repairs
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and products to meet health and wellness standards
- Evaluate buildings' frameworks to identify the demand for repair work or remodellings
- Review utilities usage and strive to reduce expenses
- Monitor all staff facilities team (custodians, professionals, groundskeepers etc) and exterior professionals
- Control tasks like car park room appropriation, waste disposal, developing security etc.
- Assign workplace according to demands
- Manage insurance coverage plans and service contracts
- Maintain financial and non-financial documents
- Perform evaluation and also projecting
