The Central Ops Support Executive is expected to remotely support the daily operations of sellers, including daily metrics monitoring, triggering on-field support to sellers, audits, stakeholder management both within and outside of Amazon, rolling out new processes, and running central control centers. The role requires someone with a big-picture view of customer experience and a high willingness to take ownership. The candidate should have skills in identifying patterns, detecting disruptions, scrutinizing details, and foreseeing data implications.
Key Job Responsibilities
This team supports inbound and outbound operations via voice and non-voice channels. The candidate must be willing to work on weekends and in shifts.
