Job Type : Full-time 6 days per a week from 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM, during this time, there is an hour's break. Location : KSA-Khobar Responsibilities
Prospecting and generating sales leads through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing. Develop plans to target customers and move forward to sign maintenance & operation, supply and housing contracts. Scheduling and conducting in-person or virtual sales presentations and proposals for potential clients. Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and securing repeat business. Collaborating with the project management team to ensure seamless service delivery. Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas and revenue targets by signing maintenance & operation, supply and housing contracts. Qualifications
More than 2 years of successful sales experience in the operation and maintenance or construction contracting. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and budgeting. Previous experience in contracting through the Etimad platform. Previous experience in contracting with major leading companies or financial companies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language. Benefits
