Stock Management Receiving Stocks :

Count the number of boxes against the delivery note. Identify and escalate any discrepancies. Identify any damage and raise a claim with Logistics. Shelving :

Adhere to the first-in, first-out principle. Replenishment Alerts :

Notify management of replenishment needs. Returns to Warehouse :

Segregate damaged or end-of-life (EOL) products from healthy stock, pack them, and organize their pick-up by the warehouse. Price Verification :

Ensure labels match the system prices. Urgent Home Deliveries :

Handle urgent home delivery orders efficiently. Stock Monitoring Expiration Dates :

Regularly check expiration dates. Delivery Claims Tracker :

Maintain a tracker for all delivery claims and update progress. Testers Usage Tracker :

Keep track of testers usage and alert on replenishment needs. GWPs & Samples Tracker :

Monitor the usage of gifts with purchase (GWPs) and samples, and alert on replenishment needs. Used Testers :

Ensure used testers are segregated and included in the list of products to be sent to the warehouse. Cycle Counts :

Conduct cycle counts as per defined methodology. Discrepancy Escalation :

Escalate any observed discrepancies in stock. Theft Alerts :

Report any observed theft. Annual Stock Count Preparation :

Prepare for the annual stock count. Negative Stock Analysis :

Alert and analyze any negative stocks. POSM Management POSM Tracking :

Maintain an Excel tracker for point of sale materials (POSM). Merchandise Warehouse Inventory :

Manage the inventory of the merchandise warehouse. POSM Management :

Oversee the movement of POSM in and out of boutiques. Important Notes Reassignment During Events :

During inventory, events, or urgent needs, stock controllers may be reassigned to support other business activities. They are not obligated to compensate for this time with additional days in your Boutique. Boutique-Based Role :

The Stock Controller team is primarily boutique-based and should limit involvement in home deliveries. Utilize RSO for home deliveries, as they have been confirmed to deliver on time. Team Responsibilities in Absence :

Ensure that the team is capable of receiving stocks and properly organizing storage rooms in the absence of stock controllers. This includes maintaining cleanliness and tidiness at all times. Note that stock controllers are not solely responsible for cleaning duties. Emphasis on Respect :

Respect should be emphasized in every aspect of your work at DIOR. Failure to show respect may result in the loss of stock controller privileges. Seniority level
