About the Role

We're seeking an experienced

Training Specialist

to serve as the central hub for all training activities at Okawa. This strategic role ensures our teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence across all branches. Responsibilities

Design and develop training programs for new product launches, policies, and marketing campaigns Lead workshops and hands-on training sessions for staff across all branches Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with department heads Create comprehensive training materials, SOPs, and e-learning content Monitor training effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching support Maintain training records and deliver monthly progress reports Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Training, Education, or related field 5+ years in training and development Strong project management and coordination skills Proven track record in training program development Outstanding communication and presentation abilities Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) What We Offer
