Role Summary

Achieves business results through the management of a defined sales territory, building strong business relationships with Healthcare Professionals on the company’s products as per AZ code of conduct. Is a growing expert at products and patient needs knowledge works under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing information to HCPs about AZ products including promotion in accordance with AZ code of conduct.
• Acting as a champion for other functions.
• Providing support to the manager on competitive intelligence and data collection for team.
• Financial management.
• Improving own knowledge & skills.
• Achieve targets for Content driven engagement COE : daily interaction / call rate and coverage.
• Implementing team and cross‑BU initiatives to improve overall performance / quality of work in Sales Force.
