Product Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist to lead the growth, profitability, and lifecycle management of our pharmaceutical product portfolios across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

This role is ideal for a strategic, commercially minded professional with a solid B2B background, a strong understanding of pharma or life sciences, and experience delivering results in a cross‑functional, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the regional product portfolio strategy with a strong focus on growth and P&L performance
• Manage the full product lifecycle : from insights and innovation to market launch and portfolio optimisation
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts with R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, and local commercial teams
• Adapt and activate the value proposition for key customer segments across diverse markets
• Execute marketing programmes aligned with customer needs and business priorities
• Support the global innovation strategy by aligning regional execution with long‑term objectives
• Analyse portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data‑driven recommendations
• Facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment on product and market priorities
