Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning Manager to join our team in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive our organisation's success in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategic plans aligned with organisational goals

Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across multiple departments

Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

Analyse complex data sets to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of planning processes

Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on project progress and performance

Mentor and develop junior planning staff to build a high-performing team

Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 12 years of experience in planning or a related field, preferably in the oil and gas industry

Proven track record of successful strategic planning and project management

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Experience with ERP systems and advanced planning tools

Knowledge of oil and gas industry operations, regulations, and supply chain management

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable

Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills advantageous

Willingness to work in Khafji, Saudi Arabia, and travel as needed
