Overview

Effat University College of Business invites applications for full-time faculty positions at the ranks of Associate / Full Professor in Entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

  • Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in Entrepreneurship using practical, innovative methods.
  • Complement and enhance the department's and college's research activities with your own scholarly work.
  • Supervise student research theses / projects.
  • Publish in top-tier journals in the field.

Qualifications

  • BSc, MSc and PhD in Entrepreneurship from an accredited university.
  • At least five years of teaching experience at graduate and undergraduate levels.
  • Commitment to high-quality teaching, outstanding research, and a strong publication record.
  • Ability to generate research funds and maintain strong industry relationships.
  • Strong management and leadership qualifications, communication, interpersonal, professional skills, and proficiency in English.
