Tamheer Program

We are looking for motivated

Saudi graduates

with strong analytical and organizational skills to join us as

PMO or Manufacturing Engineer Trainees

under the

Tamheer Program , in collaboration with the

Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) .

This is a great opportunity to build your career in a structured, professional environment and gain hands-on experience in project management or manufacturing operations.

Requirements

Must be of Saudi nationality.

Must be registered on the Human Resources Development Fund website.

Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher from a Saudi or internationally accredited university recognized by the Ministry of Education.

Should not have previous work experience in the public or private sector exceeding one calendar year.

Should not be currently employed in the public or private sector.

Should not be listed as "prohibited" by the Fund.

Should not have benefited from the "Training Balance" of the Graduates Development Program (TAMHEER).

Full benefit of the Tamheer Program should not exceed two opportunities totaling 6 months.

Should not be excluded from the Graduates Development Program (TAMHEER).

Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).

Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
