Job Purpose The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates for the organization. The specialist will manage daily recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding.
Key Accountabilities Operational
Support the end-to-end hiring process by managing daily recruitment tasks and activities.
Post and manage job openings on various job boards, company career pages, and social media platforms.
Assist in building and maintaining the company's talent pool by sourcing and logging potential candidates for future needs.
Screen resumes and applications to identify and shortlist candidates who meet the basic qualifications.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience by providing timely updates.
Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, answering their questions about the role and interview process.
Support the onboarding process by helping to coordinate orientation schedules and ensuring new hires complete all necessary paperwork.
Contribute data for recruitment activity reports to help measure the effectiveness of hiring efforts.
Qualifications and Experience Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s in human resources, business management, or similar.
Minimum 3 – 4 Years of experience in the same field.
Skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Advanced English (Verbal and written communication skills).
Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment, focusing on delivering quality hires.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of HRDF and Tawteen programs and processes.
