Field Marketing Manager, Saudi Arabia

We want a passionate field marketer to join the MEA TRC team focused on Saudi, Bahrain, and Kuwait, planning and implementing marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness and generate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the KSA marketing strategy & plan.
- Lead and implement regional marketing initiatives in a project‑management style to drive pipeline and brand awareness.
- Communicate program progress and ROI to business teams and leaders.
- Own marketing projects aligned with the regional plan.
- Collaborate with the MEA‑TRC lead and wider EMEA marketing team to deliver pipeline generation campaigns.
- Manage the regional activity calendar ensuring optimal engagement and preventing fatigue.
- Track key metrics and ROI for executed programs.
- Maintain marketing administration, documentation, and rigor for pipeline targets.
- Align with business stakeholders, communicate plans, successes, and investments.
Requirements
Based in Saudi Arabia.3–5 years of experience delivering project‑based marketing in an enterprise‑software, matrix environment.Deep knowledge of the Saudi market, its IT buyers, and local tactics to reach target audiences.Data‑driven mindset; experienced with Salesforce and Tableau for program measurement and optimization.Strong project‑leadership skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple programs within budget and timelines.Proven collaboration with sales and marketing teams to align engagement and execution.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.Solution‑oriented, can‑do attitude.Splunk is an Equal Opportunity Employer : all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, genetic information, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected basis.
