Nursery Manager

Overview Waad Education is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager

The Nursery Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our early years childcare setting, providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children. You will lead and develop staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement high-quality educational programs, with the ultimate goal of achieving excellence in childcare and child development, while fostering strong relationships with parents and the community.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Management, or related field

3–5 years of nursery management or similar supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of early childhood care and development methodologies

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Empathy, patience, and ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Oversight :

Manage daily operations, scheduling, budgeting, and facility management while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Staff Management & Development :

Recruit, train, and mentor staff; foster a positive and collaborative environment.

Educational Programs & Child Development :

Implement age-appropriate curricula, monitor progress, and provide enriching activities.

Parent & Community Relations :

Build strong relationships with parents, organize community events, and handle inquiries professionally.

Strategic Planning & Development :

Contribute to the nursery’s vision, set strategic objectives, and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
