Human Resources Specialist at T2 - Business Research & Development About the Role We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our product.
What You'll Do
Assist customers via email, phone, and support tickets
Troubleshoot product-related issues, both technical and operational
Escalate complex problems to the technical team when needed
Ensure timely and thorough follow-up until each issue is resolved
Document common issues and solutions to improve efficiency
Share insights and suggestions to enhance the support experience
Generate basic reports on support tickets and customer trends
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in product or technical support
Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate in a team setting
Experience in tech or SaaS environments is a strong plus
