ERP Practice Director

Lead the entire ERP practices across Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, and other ERP platforms. Responsible for ERP strategy, financial performance, delivery excellence, vendor relations, and positioning the company as a leading ERP provider in KSA and GCC. Overview

Lead the ERP practice and ensure successful delivery and profitability across multiple ERP platforms, with emphasis on government and enterprise markets in KSA and GCC. Key Accountabilities

Define and implement a unified ERP practice strategy aligned with company goals. Own the P&L of the ERP portfolio, driving revenue growth and profitability. Oversee all ERP project deliveries, ensuring high quality, on-time, on-budget completion. Build and manage strategic vendor partnerships with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Odoo, etc. Mentor and lead ERP practice leads (SAP, Oracle, etc.), ensuring collaboration and synergy. Act as an executive sponsor for key ERP customers, particularly in the government and enterprise sectors. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field. 12+ years ERP leadership experience, including 5+ years in multi-ERP leadership. Job-Specific Skills

Proven track record in delivering large-scale ERP transformations in KSA. ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Odoo) and PMP / Prince2 preferred. ERP practice revenue and profitability growth. On-time delivery of ERP projects. Strength of ERP vendor partnerships. Customer satisfaction and renewals. Retention and certification growth of ERP consultants. Seniority level
