We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Technician to provide comprehensive technical support for devices, networks, and printers across the headquarters and all branches. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services for all end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and IT hardware across all locations.
- Provide technical support for wired and wireless network connection points.
- Deliver end-user support, resolve technical issues, and provide necessary guidance to employees.
- Identify hardware parts requirements and ensure availability of needed spare parts.
- Monitor and resolve support tickets, complaints, and requests received via phone, email, or internal helpdesk.
- Conduct routine inspections of devices and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow up on issues and ensure timely resolution in accordance with IT support standards.
- Maintain awareness of IT trends and ensure systems remain up to date.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in technical support, hardware maintenance, and network troubleshooting.Strong capability in installing and maintaining IT devices, printers, and network points.Good understanding of IT hardware, troubleshooting methods, and support processes.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work across multiple branches and support a large user base.Qualifications
Diploma in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field from an accredited institution.Must hold at least one professional certification such as :CompTIA A+CompTIA Network+CCNAMCSAAdvanced proficiency in the Arabic language (reading, writing, and speaking).Strong computer skills and familiarity with IT applications.Seniority level
