Assistant Technician, Electrical

Responsibilities

Support MEP technicians to undertake the Planned and Reactive tasks in the facility Support in the inspection and repair of equipment and machinery Completing scheduled maintenance tasks Undertake preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing Delivering excellent customer service Liaising with contractors to support them in completing their tasks Painting and decorating or conducting repairs to flooring and other fittings Ensuring rooms are maintained and fully equipped Conducting general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing plug sockets and light switches Conduct general repairs, routine health and safety checks and other safety equipment works Respond to emergency calls outside their normal hours (as required) Skills

Work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to use power and hand tools
