Scientific Office Manager

Key Requirements

• Proven ability to manage scientific office operations and regulatory communications
• Strong knowledge of GCC and SFDA regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in drug registration and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with ICH guidelines and eCTD submissions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi pharmaceutical marketing rules and ethics.
• Prepare and submit registration dossiers for product portfolios.
• Maintain and update dossiers post-registration.
• Handle product renewals and variation submissions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of promotional materials and product artworks.
• Liaise with health authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor application progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Professional training skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Saudi nationality.
• Licensed Pharmacist.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. Advanced degree is a plus.
