Key Responsibilities :
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
Manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including email, chat, and social media.
Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms to promote the brand.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and develop campaigns.
Qualifications :
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem‑solving mindset and the ability to handle challenging situations.
Passion for community engagement and experience managing social media accounts.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Salary : $1,000 - $1,500
