Job Summary
The Investor Relations Specialist will serve as a key advisor and liaison between the Chairman and the investment community, ensuring transparent and strategic communication of the company’s vision, financial performance, and growth potential. This role involves managing high-level investor relationships, preparing comprehensive financial materials, and supporting the Chairman in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, financial expertise, and a deep understanding of the technical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory & Support :
- Provide the Chairman with regular updates on market trends, shareholder feedback, and investor sentiment.
- Prepare strategic analyses and insights to support high-level discussions and decision-making.
- Investor Engagement :
- Act as a key point of contact for institutional and high-net-worth investors, fostering strong relationships.
- Coordinate and attend investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences alongside the Chairman.
- Manage communication with analysts and shareholders on behalf of the Chairman’s office.
- Financial Reporting & Communication :
- Prepare detailed financial reports, investor presentations, and performance summaries for the Chairman’s review.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy of financial materials and disclosures.
- Develop tailored communication strategies to highlight the company’s achievements and market opportunities.
- Compliance & Governance :
- Ensure all investor communication aligns with Saudi regulatory requirements (e.g., CMA and Tadawul regulations).
- Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and public disclosures.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis :
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Provide actionable insights to the Chairman to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).5+ years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or corporate communications.Strong knowledge of financial modeling, market trends, and industry regulations (preferably within the Saudi tech sector).Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with high-profile stakeholders.Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and IR tools / platforms.Experience working in direct collaboration with executive leadership or board members.Key Competencies
