TROJENA (The Mountains of NEOM) will be an iconic, world-class destination, blending natural and developed landscapes and will offer unique experiences for residents and visitors alike. Located in the northwest of Saudi Arabia in the region of Tabuk just 50km from the coast, TROJENA will be a destination like no other on earth. Based upon the principles of eco-tourism facilities will include a folded vertical village, a lake with water sports and event facilities, high altitude ski village, observatory, world leading health and wellbeing facilities and a nature reserve which will be home to unique wildlife, heritage sites and exploration opportunities. With over 3,600 hotel, 2,200 homes, 9 iconic buildings and 100 world class indoor and outdoor experiences Trojena will become the ultimate mountain destination. Bechtel will provide a full range of project management services to assist the delivery of this iconic destination.

Job Summary :

Lead on all activities associated with formation, tendering, award and administration of assigned contract packages and perform the same. Activities include delivery of critical items required from initial project set-up, through to developing a team, establishing coordinated procedures and controls, to management of team(s) with accountability for work product to project milestones, quality and safety standards. Significant proactive engagement required with the project management team, other departments, customers and stakeholders to enable successful alignment on systems, processes, procedures and the critical activities for project success. Performs other duties as assigned.

Oversee the management of claims and changes of various Contracts by conducting thorough reviews and assessments, supported by verifiable documentations and substantiations. Lead dispute resolution and facilitate amicable settlements in line with best commercial and contractual practices, ensuring full compliance with customer policies and procedures. Coordinate with legal counsel with the customer and external consultants.
