Senior Accountant

الوصف الوظيفيManage accounts receivable and follow up on collections. Issue and track invoices and daily entries related to clients. Reconcile customer balances and continuously update their information. Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable activity and collection performance. Coordinate with sales and real estate teams regarding contracts and payment schedules. Monitor off-plan sales contracts and ensure accurate recording of accounting entries.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a particular focus on Accounts Receivable .
- Experience in the real estate development sector.
- Previous experience in off-plan sales is preferred.
- Full availability and ability to join immediately .
- Strong knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Zoho , or similar.
- Good understanding of real estate accounting systems and off-plan sales procedures.
- Proficiency in Excel and the ability to create professional reports.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve financial issues with clients.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
