The Consumer Industrial Products & Services (CIPS) practice delivers strategy and operations consulting for sectors such as Retail, Industrial Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Construction, Real Estate, and Transportation & Logistics. We collaborate with clients to drive innovation, unlock data, manage risk, and optimize resources for competitive advantage.

Job Summary

As a Senior Associate in our Transport & Logistics practice, you will work closely with consultants to support national transformation initiatives. Your role involves developing operational strategies, cost‑reduction plans, and continuous improvement initiatives for clients across ports, maritime, land transport, logistics, rail, and metro.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver operations strategies with a focus on cost‑reduction and continuous improvement.
• Generate and present winning proposals to support clients in the Middle East.
• Leverage industry experience to bring best practices and help clients achieve engagement goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Middle Eastern offices and international teams.
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a high‑performance environment.
• Stay current on regional and global trends, shaping future strategies for clients.

Skills and Competencies

Educational Qualifications & Certifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier university with outstanding academic record; advanced degree or MBA preferred.

Years of Experience : 4–6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a Big4 firm, consultancy or strategy house, or challenging in‑house role.

Desired Background : Strong consulting background, experience on projects within Transport and Logistics industries (Maritime, Ports, Railways, Aviation / Airports).

Key Skills : Strong written and oral communication, confident presence, and ability to travel within the Middle East.
