Accountant

Overview

The Accountant responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements. Responsibilities

Reconciles customers’ accounts to ensure balances match customer statements. Collections : analyzes customers’ payments and allocates them against the statement of accounts; plans actions to recover outstanding payments; negotiates payoff deadlines or payment plans. Pending Receivables : takes proactive actions by following up and implementing improved processes to reduce pending receivables, minimize the risk of bad debt, and maintain customer satisfaction. Customer Relationship Management : establishes and enhances relationships with key staff of customers so that receivables issues can be managed more effectively. Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or similar field 1-3 years of experience in similar role Seniority level
