Our client, a renowned Swiss private bank, is seeking an experienced and accomplished Market Head / Team Leader to spearhead their expansion into the GCC market, with a focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) focusing on (U)HNWIs and Family Offices. As a key member of the bank’s leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of senior bankers to drive business growth and establish a strong presence in the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to expand the bank’s presence in the GCC market, with a focus on KSA (U)HNWI clients
- Lead a team of senior bankers to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with existing clients, and develop a sustainable growth strategy for the region
- Construct and present a business plan that includes net new money for the bank and a sustainable plan for building a team of senior bankers focusing on but not limited to KSA market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners in the region
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including cross‑selling and upselling services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues
- Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to business development and client relationships
Requirements
Extensive experience within the Wealth Management / Private Banking industry, with a strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and client retentionCurrently managing and / or have experience in managing a self‑built portfolio of (U)HNWI clients from KSAStrong team management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of senior bankersA strong command of English is mandatory, with Arabic language skills an added benefitAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a strategic approach.Apply here or reach out to Dejan Dakic directly at for a confidential discussion and more information.
