  • will support campaign execution and optimization across social performance channels. You’ll focus on improving conversion rates and engagement across paid social ecosystems.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms.
  • Track daily performance, pacing, and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to test new ad formats.
  • Monitor pixel and event tracking to ensure accurate measurement.
  • Deliver weekly reports with key insights and optimization ideas.
  • Stay informed on social algorithm changes and conversion innovations.
  • Requirements
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media performance.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution.
  • Analytical mindset with good Excel and reporting skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow within performance marketing.
