Main Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage nursing operations, overseeing clinical performance and policy development based on evidence-based practices to ensure quality and safety. Ensure nursing staff and learners adhere to scope of practice, policies, and standards, advocating for patient needs and clinical programs. Develop, implement, and evaluate educational activities tailored to staff needs. Foster a culture of empowerment, teamwork, and alignment with hospital values and mission. Ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary. Education Requirements Bachelor Degree in Nursing Master's Degree in Nursing or Management from an accredited institution Current licensure as a registered nurse Relevant certifications as required in the area of assignment Work Experience At least 10 years of current clinical nursing experience post-licensure, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
