Overview
The Strategy Consultant provides expert advice to organizations in developing, improving, and implementing strategic initiatives. This role involves analyzing current business practices, identifying areas for improvement, and designing high-impact strategies that align with the organization’s goals—particularly in dynamic or transformational environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of organizational structures, market conditions, and internal processes.
- Develop strategic plans and frameworks to support long-term goals.
- Advise senior leadership on business model improvements, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning.
- Facilitate strategic workshops and meetings with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Deliver presentations and detailed reports on strategy recommendations.
- Support organizational transformation and institutional excellence programs.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in strategy and performance management.
Qualifications
Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic projects related to institutional excellence within government entities.Strong expertise in strategic planning, analysis, and development.Proficiency in both Arabic and English.Well-versed in Microsoft Office programsSeniority level
