Job Title : Scheduling Engineer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Scheduling Engineer

to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about project planning and engineering operations. You will be responsible for assisting in the development, monitoring, and updating of project schedules, working closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules using appropriate scheduling tools.

Monitor project timelines and assist in identifying risks or delays.

Coordinate with different departments to gather scheduling data and ensure alignment with project plans.

Assist in generating progress reports and schedule updates.

Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning discussions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering

(any major) .

GPA of

minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 or 4.0 out of 5.0

(mandatory).

0 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of project scheduling principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
