The Senior Credit and Collection Advisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the credit and collections processes within the organization. This role involves, but is not limited to, managing complex accounts, leading a team of credit and collection professionals, developing strategic collection initiatives, and ensuring adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements. The Senior Advisor plays a crucial role in improving cash flow, reducing bad debt, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in developing strategies to maximize recovery of outstanding debts while minimizing the impact on patient satisfaction.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance charge capture tools for automation and accuracy.

Operational Roles & Responsibilities

90%

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant healthcare finance

Professional Certifications Required

None

Years of Experience

Minimum 6 years' experience in credit, collection, or related field (ideally in an insurance or healthcare setting)

Languages

English : Fully Proficient; Arabic : Basic
