Job Description :

A leading financial company is seeking to hire a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with strong professional experience in the financial sector and accounting supervision. The role involves leading financial and accounting activities while ensuring full compliance with the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and related financial laws.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall goals and growth plans.
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Prepare and review credit accounting records and reports for financing and investment portfolios, ensuring accurate accounting treatment of credit operations.
• Ensure compliance with periodic reporting requirements to the Capital Market.
• Manage financial planning, analysis, and cash flow operations.
• Develop internal control policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and risk governance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise accounting and finance teams, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
