Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering activities, ensuring project quality, compliance, and timely delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to excellence in infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise civil engineering projects from planning through execution. Review and approve design documents, technical specifications, and construction drawings. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects. Strong knowledge of engineering software and project management tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Professional engineering license or equivalent certification is an advantage.
