HSE Graduate (Saudi national only)

SNC Lavalin is seeking a Saudi national graduate for an HSE role based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and implement SNC Lavalin internal HSE management system requirements and procedures for site team.
• Adhere to project HSE requirements and implement this to SNC team.
• Monitor the compliance of all staff with applicable safety standards and company procedures, and bring to the attention of the Project Manager any safety violations by WSA site team for further action.
• Monitor, assess and report on Contractor and Sub Contractors HSE compliance with the project HSE requirements as per the Contract and HSE legislation / best practice.
• Immediately bring to the attention of the SNC Lavalin PM the critical and outstanding safety issues for further actions.
• Conduct and co‑coordinate regular safety training for WSA staff.
• Carry out daily site HSE tours with Contractor HSE staff and highlight findings.
• Conduct accident and incident investigations for SNC Lavalin staff.
• Compile accident reports and incident statistics.
• Prepare regular weekly, monthly and other reports on safety matters for issue to the Employer and Project Manager.
• Ensure relevant safety measures have been put in place for SNC Lavalin Engineers & Inspectors and provide training as and when required.
• Co‑ordinate safety‑related activities for SNC Lavalin team and mentor regularly.
• Carry out inductions for SNC Lavalin site staff.
