Qualifications

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, or higher from recognized Engineering College. More than 10 years experience in pipeline and plant layout. Knowledge in Pipeline Basis of Design, Plan & Profile / Pipeline Alignment Sheets, Pipeline Route Maps, Pipeline Data Sheets, Pipeline Material Grade & Wall Thickness Calculations, Specifications of Piping Materials, Valve Data Sheets, Corrosion Control Plans, Stress Analysis Reports, Road Crossing Analysis Reports, Area Classification Studies, Sectionalizing Valves Station Layouts. Knowledge of Pipeline Codes & Standards, EPC Projects, Man-Hour Estimation, Technical Evaluation of Various Vendors Related to Piping / Pipeline Ancillaries and other Equipment, Branch Reinforcements, Hot Taps, MAOP, Hydrostatic Pressures, FEED and Detail Design Stage of Project & Value Engineering Participation.
